Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I know if I have a rodent problem?
- The most common signs are droppings along walls or in cabinets, scratching or scurrying sounds at night (especially in the ceiling or walls), gnaw marks on wood or wiring, and greasy rub marks along baseboards. If you notice any of these, schedule an inspection — early detection prevents larger infestations.
- How quickly can you respond?
- We offer same-week appointments in most California metro areas, and same-day or next-day emergency service for active infestations. Call us to check availability for your area.
- Is your rodent control safe for pets and children?
- Yes. We prioritize exclusion and trapping methods that do not require chemical application inside the home. When exterior bait stations are used, they are locked, tamper-resistant, and placed in locations inaccessible to children and pets, in full compliance with California DPR regulations.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Exclusion work is backed by a warranty — if rodents re-enter through a sealed entry point during the warranty period, we return and re-seal at no charge. Warranty terms vary by service scope and are detailed in your written estimate.
- What is the difference between trapping and exclusion?
- Trapping removes rodents already inside the structure. Exclusion seals the entry points they used to get in, preventing future re-entry. A complete treatment typically includes both — trapping to eliminate the current population, followed by exclusion to ensure they cannot return.
